Ronnie Scott’s, the legendary jazz club in London’s Soho, has today announced a musical instrument amnesty that will benefit Sistema-inspired programmes in England.
Sistema England is proud to be one of two charities being supported by the Ronnie Scott’s instrument amnesty, alongside Music Fund, an important humanitarian project that supports musicians and music schools in conflict areas and developing countries.
Fiona Cunningham, CEO of Sistema England, said: ‘We are grateful to have been chosen by Ronnie Scott’s for this opportunity, and see this as the start of a new relationship based on a shared belief in the power of music to make the world a better place.’
